Shipping Policy

Ashford & Steel orders ship from our partner warehouses (US and international). Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (it can run a little longer during peak holiday weeks). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days, with tracking. Items from US warehouses often arrive sooner; items shipped from international warehouses take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier and customs delays can happen, especially in December.

Christmas ordering cutoff

Please order by Nov 25 for the best chance of delivery by Christmas. Orders placed after that may still arrive in time, but we can't promise it. See our Shipping & Holiday Cutoffs page.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received it within 4 business days of ordering, reach out via our contact page.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or wrong addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll help where we can.
